The building

The Centro de Ciencias de Benasque Pedro Pascual is a facility for the Spanish scientific system. This Centre offers the possibility to organize international meetings in Benasque, a beautiful village located in the heart of the Pyrenees.

The use of the Centre is open to the entire international scientific community. Any group of scientists may propose the organization of an international meeting focused on a specific subject

The design of the building follows a division of functions: the ground floor offers secretarial services, computers and a relax area; the first floor houses desk space and obiquous boards; the second floor offers a large modular hall that can accommodate up to 180 people.

The building is the work of the architect Isabel Pascual. Part of the furniture has been designed by the architecture firm EMBT.
